The International Screenwriters' Workshops methodology is a one-on-one advisor/writer programme. The programme is comprehensive and intensive. The advisors meet daily to discuss the project/writer meetings and at the end of the week the writer, together with attending producer, meets with advisors and sums up the week and the steps for the re-write.
The aim of the International Screenwriters' Workshop is to provide writers with the tools to improve their storytelling skill and sensibility, as well as to provide writers and producers with better communication skills for their script development and the realization of the project.
SESSIONS AND DATES
The next session of the International Screenwriters' Workshop will take place in Germany from 8 - 17 October 2009, venue tbc.
PROJECTS AND PARTICIPANTS
10 to 12 screenwriters with a feature film project and their producers. Screenwriters should have a minimum of one script which has been produced and have a third draft of their current project.
PARTICIPANTS FEE
All costs for the Workshop are covered for the selected participants, including subsistence and travel.
