Extend networks outside of Europe with the help of MEDIA International

Last year, the new initiative MEDIA International granted €5 million in forty awards to organisations that will help European audiovisual professionals establish links and develop partnerships with their colleagues on other continents. The objective of the initiative is to encourage co-production and increase the circulation of projects between Europe and other parts of the world. 2010 will see a steady flow of these projects being launched.

To date, eight MEDIA International-supported projects have published their calls for submissions. Please click on each project title to learn more.
