Tampere Film Festival is the oldest and the biggest short film festival in Northern Europe, and this year celebrates its 40th anniversary. Besides the festival's screenings the audience has the opportunity to visit different kinds of related events to include seminars, panels, conserts and clubs.

Submitted films must have been completed after 1 January 2008 and can be of all genres and not exceed 30 minutes in duration.
