Festival International du Film d'Amour de Mons prides itself on showcasing rare and unusual woks as well as the more mainstream film. 

The festival programme includes two main competitions (International and National), a premiere section, the 'Regards Croises' section for films not distributed in Belgium, 'Lumieres d'aillieurs' for films from southern countries and 'Panorama of Itaian cinema', as well as three short film strands (Belgian, European and international).

The programme also includes special programmes, retrospectives, exhibitions, concerts, talks, workshops and additional events.
