Usually found across the back pages of magazines and puzzle books, spot the difference puzzles test our attention to detail. The app presents two images and clearly tells you how many differences you have to find to go on to the next level. My eyes focused on each tiny detail on the rookie level, but as the levels went up to the expert level I found my eyes flicking about the screen frantically!
This app was very thorough in asking for details, ranking scores and the timer option and toolbar at the bottom was great. The app definitely made my eyes focus on the pictures in front of me and made me determined to spot the differences in each image in front of my eyes.
3D Illusions from BHI Technologies
Another retro idea is eye illusions. The ability to identify various images from one illusion varies for everyone, and this app is great at testing your eye ability.
The on-screen guidelines are easy to follow and each image is full of colour and busy patterns. As you look at the image, you eye blinks all around the screen until to you realise what you’ve been looking for. If you can’t find the answer, there is a handy question mark button to give you hints which is helpful as eye illusions can often leave you feeling confuse. If you still can’t see after the helpful hint, the dialogue box disappears and you can start your search over. The images are quite small so if you wear glasses, ensure you have them on.

This app is simple yet great fun for old and like. Simply choose a cartoon eye image, hold it up to your left eye and let your friends or family laugh at the noises and moving images the app produces. It really is as simple as that, and it great for a quick bit of light entertainment.
